Bilateral calf raise with chair support

Standing calf raise in which both heels rise and lower together with support from a chair.

  1. Stand tall behind a stable chair. Keep your feet parallel and hip-width apart and hold the backrest lightly.

  2. Lift both heels to the same height and rise onto the balls of your feet. Keep your body still and use the chair for light support. Lower your heels slowly to the floor.
