These terms govern access to the PhysioWorkplace website and pre-launch service operated by Meadow Arc.
Pre-launch service
PhysioWorkplace is currently provided for controlled evaluation, acceptance testing, and invited pilots. Features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable while the production service is prepared.
A separate customer agreement may replace or supplement these terms before production use.
Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and use only accounts and workplaces you are authorised to access.
You must not probe security controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service to send unsolicited messages.
Clinical responsibility
PhysioWorkplace is workflow software and does not replace professional judgement, diagnosis, treatment decisions, emergency services, or the clinic's legal and clinical responsibilities.
Authorised healthcare organisations remain responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and lawful handling of information they enter and actions they take.
Data and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Transactional messages may be sent when you request account access or recovery, or when an authorised administrator invites you to a workplace.
Do not place clinical or sensitive patient content in email fields or other locations not intended for it.
Availability and intellectual property
Pre-launch access is provided without a guaranteed service level and may be suspended for maintenance, security, compliance, or product changes.
PhysioWorkplace, its design, software, and documentation remain the property of Meadow Arc or its licensors.
Liability, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Meadow Arc is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from pre-launch functionality. Mandatory legal rights are not limited.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Questions can be sent to support@physioworkplace.com. Swedish law applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
