Create a passkey, which lets you verify your identity with your device or password manager without a password, and use it to open the patient register in an approved Workplace.
Where you are: The patient register requires a passkey before patient information can be opened.
What to do: Select Create passkey and follow your browser's instructions.
Complete when: Your passkey is registered for the active Workplace.
Where you are: Your passkey is registered and the patient register remains locked.
What to do: Select Unlock with passkey and confirm in your browser.
Complete when: The patient register opens temporarily for the active Workplace.
Where you are: The Patient register heading appears when unlocking is complete.
What to do: Check that the correct Workplace is active before continuing.
Complete when: You can now work with the patient information covered by your access.
