Sign in with a passkey

Open the patient portal with a passkey saved on your device or in your password manager. You do not need a password.

  1. Use your passkey

    Where you are: Patient sign-in shows the option Continue with passkey.

    What to do: Select Continue with passkey and follow your device prompts.

    Complete when: The patient portal opens with the heading My programmes.

  2. Check the portal

    Where you are: The patient portal shows the heading My programmes.

    What to do: Check that My programmes has opened.

    Complete when: You are signed in and can see your connected care providers and programmes.
